Coordinated Entry Systems: Racial Equity Analysis of Assessment Data

This research brief analyzed commonly used assessment tools in the HUD Coordinated Entry System and found that it often results in prioritization scores that perpetuate racial inequities in access to housing. This flexible assessment tool helps behavioral health organizations and systems assess their level of recovery orientation across services, policies, and staff and can help guide a transformation process.

Developed by the Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services, this toolkit is a comprehensive and thoughtful resource to guide behavioral health organizations and providers through the sustainable integration of peer support workers. It includes four modules: Preparing the Organizational Culture; Recruiting and Hiring Peer Staff; Service Delivery; and Supervision and Retention.

Core Competencies for Peer Workers: Self-Assessment Tools
