Taking a deep dive into three studies of bias in medicine as well as how redlining impacted one communities’ access to health care, food, and other resources needed for wellbeing. Dr. Hairston encourages viewers to look not only at all aspects of someone’s ability to receive and manage their care, but the larger context in which they are receiving care.
