The Guide to Allyship was developed by Amélie Lamont, a queer Black femme, to help folks explore becoming a more thoughtful and effective ally. In this Guide, “Do’s and Don’ts” of allyship are unpacked, common pitfalls and traps of allyship are deconstructed, the importance of centering folks who have been marginalized is uplifted, and apologies are deconstructed.
